The Process

The Process: How Long Until Pickup

Most single-vision glasses are ready the same day—typically 20–60 minutes for lenses. Progressive multifocals, high prescriptions, and special coatings take 3–7 days. Be sure to schedule your fitting on the first day of your trip to leave buffer time for rework and pickup.

Same-Day Pickup vs Custom Orders

Most single-vision glasses can be picked up within 20–60 minutes. Progressive multifocal lenses, high prescriptions, and special coatings may take 1–2 days. We recommend getting fitted on the first day of your trip to allow plenty of time.

Itinerary Tip

Be sure to schedule your fitting on the first day of your trip. That way, if the lenses need rework, you have plenty of buffer and can pick them up the next day. Never leave your glasses fitting until the day you depart China.
